“Key card system malfunctioned. After the card encoder was replaced I still was not able to enter my room because staff failed to "reset" my door lock for THREE DAYS! I was not able to freely come and go. I had to find staff and wait for them to open my door. Motel 6 - Never Again!”

“The hotel is very clean . Our flights was delayed and we were running late I kept calling to let them know and get instructions but no one's would pick up or return our messages. We made it there right before the service desk was closing. The front desk lady said your key is in the box because we thought u were arriving after 10. A courtesy return call would have been nice!”
