“Very nice 1BR apt perfect for a couple. The only thing that didn’t seem completely on target was the ‘steps to the beach’ detail. I was expecting something VERY close to the beach. Beach access was limited & it took a bit of a walk to get to the beach. Everything else was accurate & as I expected. ”

“The place was nicer than I expected. The ceiling fan in the dining in the living room area could be fixed. Makes a lot of noise when spinning I expected the hallways to be air-conditioned. . The pool has a shower right there so you can wash your feet, also bathroom for men and women right there next to the pool very convenient . The place is very accessible to the beach, which is good. The ocean view windows did not have shades for privacy”

“Nice location. About a 10 min drive from the airport. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries and stores within walking distance. I never felt unsafe walking the neighborhood. Rental was nice, clean & affordable. The only drawback was the neighbor’s dog barks sometimes. It’s not a constant thing but if people are highly sensitive, they might be bothered. Some of the locals drive crazy, but thats to be expected. Hardly anybody uses turn signals and some even take red lights. Use……

“This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying……

“La casa Wilson est un petit hôtel au cœur de condado un quartier de San Juan , très bien situé à deux pas de là mythique Placita lieu de sorti le week-end pour manger boire et danser . A 5min à pied de la plage de condado borde des hôtels de luxe et des magasins. L hôtel est propre , la chambre est spacieuse avec patio et la SdB est agréable, le calme de l hôtel est appréciable après de longues journées de marche pour visiter la ville ou la piscine est la bien venu pour se détendre. “We enjoyed our time at Mare and had a very good experience. The one issue is that what you see in the pictures is not necessarily what you will get and the rooms vary greatly. Some had a refrigerator, others didn't; some had shelves and spacious bathrooms; our room had only a clothes rack with 5 hangers and you could only fit one person in the bathroom at a time. Only one room had a luggage rack so most of us lived out of our suitcase on the floor. The pool picture is not of the pool at Mare,……

“We didn't spend too much time in the room. Proximity to the beach was great. Bathroom, kinda rough. Very low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. The host came over to try and fix it but couldn't. A known faulty breaker hadn't been fixed so no hot water to the shower. I washed my hair in the kitchen sink.”
