“ I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza New Orleans French Quarter. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made for a great experience. The staff was especially kind and welcoming. I would like to give a special thank you to Agent William, who did an excellent job during check-in. He made sure we were well informed about the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth start to our stay. Although there was a small mishap with another staff member, the management……

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Nice hotel in a great location and good service. The hotel was nearby the French Quarter and there were plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast was regular US continental breakfast. I liked the coffee options in the room, the coffee was nice. In the improvement site 1. The room was supposed to be to have two Queen beds well it had but the mattresses were much smaller. 2. Room air ventilation is poor after few days the room started to smell 3. Bath should be maintained better.”
