“The hotel is in an excellent location, right in front of Playa Norte, which made it very convenient to enjoy the beach. The property has beautiful gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some updating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings.”

“A teníamos cucarachas en la habitacion en el pasillo de las habitaciones, bastante sucio y deprimente, el suelo de los pasillos están mal, 3 era planta sin ascensor (que eso no nos importa) pero para alguien puede ser importante. “Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
