“There are several room types/tiers, so my experience is only with the "Dog Friendly - queen & king" room. The room was a good size, and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean when we walked in. Considering the hotel is on the beach and features two pools (plus the neighboring sister resorts), we did note a lack of functions around beach sand, wet suits, and towels - things of that nature. It's hard to picture staying more than a couple of days here. The staff did come and vacuum (there wasn't……

“Place needs updating, noisy fridge adjacent to bedroom. Need some type of security, random groups of people entering off beach using pool all day long. Occupying chairs and tables that should be for paying guests. Not trespassers ! Same for the parking lot.”

“We stayed in Room 222 for one night during our two-day trip. Unfortunately, we experienced ongoing electrical issues throughout our stay. The power kept going out, and we had to call the front desk multiple times to have it restored, only for it to fail again shortly afterward. This was very frustrating and disrupted our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. We also lost some food we had stored in the refrigerator because it stopped working. We hope the hotel fixes this issue so future guests do……

“Nice facility although a bit dated. Wonderful location right next to West Dennis Beach so a great beach expanse for walking. Breakfast buffet rather steeply priced at $35, but the Good Friends Cafe (0.6mi walk) was a fabulous alternative. Room would benefit from light darkening shades as the 6am-it-must-be-later awaking a bit surprising. But it is priced substantially below other hotels in the area, so a trade-off.”
