"The room was pretty clean. Thermostat appeared not to be working because the temperature of the room did not change in 3 days we were there despite trying to cool it down. Continuous fan would blow but no ac. This wasn't a problem really in march, but in the summer I imagine it would be. Our room was a steady 75°. The microwave, they'll plugged in, did not work. Yes we tried flipping the switch on the wall to use it, with no success. The staff, especially housekeeping and the doorman were exceptionally kind and helpful. During our stay, which was March of 2026, only two of the four elevators were working. This did increase our wait times significantly. A little disappointing that there weren't many food options in-house, except a restaurant without a kid's menu. There was a small store of items which were very highly priced as expected. My kids loved the pool! It was clean and water was warm. During the day there was an outstanding view of the city from the pool windows, as it was on the top floor of the hotel. Overall I was a little disappointed with some amenities which would have been nice to have, but our stay was pleasant enough. I definitely liked having the sweet style of a hotel room instead of just one big room. Being able to close the doors to some of your party and rest your eyes for a few minutes was definitely a plus. "

"The toilet was running and I had to adjust the flapper. The hotel was great, otherwise. What could be improved is a complimentary breakfast, although I know it will increase the price on your stay."

"Aside from there being a dirty sock in our room when we first arrived, the stay was pleasant! The room was clean, all workers were polite and attentive, and service was quick and painless."
