“The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and although there was some remodeling happening (which meant fewer bathrooms available on the floor), everything was well maintained. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a desk that made it easy for me to……

“The hotel has an excellent location. Very basic but all my needs were met the room was clean and the bathroom adequate. The hotel could do with investment old worn out furniture and carpets. However once I’d got used to the environment I adapted and enjoyed my stay. The man on reception was very polite and helpful. I also felt completely safe.”

“There are no on site staff. I booked a king room but upon check was informed by a “virtual check in agent” at a computerized kiosk that no king rooms were available but they could offer me two queen rooms as an “upgrade.” The “virtual” agent had a poor understanding of English. She could not understand why I did not want two rooms instead of 1. It was a bizarre experience and quite frustrating.”

“You could always trust the Yotel brand in terms of cleanliness and style. Service is excellent. They have everything you can think of. Room is on the smaller side. Be aware of the location. There are plenty of drug abusers and homeless people around the hotel. They aren’t dangerous but they can be very loud at midnight. ”
