"The location was convenient to so much of what makes the Berkshires special. We were minutes from Tanglewood, under an hour to Bash Bish Falls & MASS MOCA amongst other places to visit. The staff was efficient and very friendly. Our ice maker wasn't working & maintenance came within minutes to replace it. The units were spacious and clean but dated with some worn out features. Some of the soft goods could use replacing (pillows), upholstery on couches was torn in places and paint was peeling on the walls. We used the pool but the pool deck was in need of repair. Great coffee bar area. Overall, we would recommend the BML recognizing that what we experienced in our unit might not be indicative of all units."
