"This place is 10/10! The food was great! Asiana & Rincon Mexican were our favs! The staff goes above & beyond! Reyes the bartender was our ALL TIME FAVORITE! Find him — you will not be sorry! The pools were a little chilly but great vibes around them & when the sun is shining they feel good! Yummy drinks! The beach was beautiful! The staff & service is phenomenal! The location of the resort is perfect — just steps away from 5th Ave & blocks away from the ferry to Cozumel! All good things!! Can’t wait to go back!! "

"My stay at Riu Palace Las Americas was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the views were amazing. Everyone worked hard to make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their vacation. "Room was clean , ocean front was ok , they were repairing the tile on the steps by the broken handrail which I needed to use the rail to get up the rediclous number of steps to check in since the elevator was always under maintenance and not able to use..."
