Great staff. The pool and activities are very good. But a couple of things could be better: 1\. Limited and repeated food items in buffet. Specially if you’re vegetarian or have dietary restrictions, your options would be salad, fruit and bread. 2\. We stayed for 6 days and were given only 2 restaurant reservations. They only have 3 restaurants. For a 5-star, that is low (especially if you compare it to other properties in the hotel zone). 3\. The staff forgot about a pre-paid birthday package I booked for my husband. When I called to check, they remembered and did the decor but they forgot to change the drink to non-alcoholic as per my request.
