“I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA”

“Very uncomfortable bed and I had requested disability room. Toliet was lower than a normal toliet, impossible to get in shower since tub was so high and even with grab bars it was too difficult to get in. Air conditioner didn’t handle the heat that was happening. Staff is not very courteous and welcoming. Would not stay there again.”

“The front desk was very friendly with no wait. The room was very clean and the extra amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion very much appreciated. Greatly appreciated being on the first floor. First time there and will definitely consider on next trip. Thank you for everything.”
