Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. "Beautiful new development in the midst of Tulum jungle area. Just 5 minutes from the beach by car. Very relaxing, pool was beautiful (day & night).
