We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean, very nice for an old building. We had a suite upgrade because this was our first time at this hotel. We really liked it because the hotel is very old, big trim, plaster walls, it is like a very only antique. Glad we were able to enjoy it.
Great rate for a two day stay at a Michigan Avenue hotel. Welcoming staff (doormen, bellmen and front desk) as good as anywhere. This is a classic (read " 20s/30s) style hotel with small but adequate rooms. Bed in our bdouble rooms was queen size and very comfortable. Small desk and desk chair were ...
Beautifully remodeled to the Art Deco period, this historic building is a must-see for tourists. Being a tall building in downtown Chicago, the elevators are very busy. Due to later than anticipated check-in, we were housed close to the elevator shaft and warned that there may be noise. In fact, ...
Pleasant checkin, great location, good restaurants nearby, good room with a view, quiet (17th floor). Wifi works though unprotected. Elevators see below. Having makeup table in bathroom is bad idea if one is rooming with two women, because the bathroom is often occupied. Unbeatable for the ...
We stayed there from Friday until Sunday and had a great time. There are plenty of places to have a nice brunch or dinner. We walked to the River walk where we went on a boat tour. Walked to Soldier field for a Bears game, Art Institute, etc. The staff always followed through with everything you ...
Conveniently located in the heart of Chicago. All the team I crossed paths with over my 4 night stay couldn’t do enough...really friendly and helpful.
If you're looking for a decently priced hotel with a great location, this is the place. The location was perfect, about a mile away from most tourist attractions we walked everywhere mostly. The only thing is, they redecorated the lobby which is really nice but the rooms need some work. If you don't ...
Hotel was centrally located with surprisingly large room. Staf was very helpful and pleasant. it is however a half block from a very large hospital so you will quite often hear the wail of an ambulance
Loved staying in this hotel, everyone was so nice and the check in and out was quick and easy. The room was neat and had a great view of the city.
My husband, daughter and I stayed at the Omni for the Chicago marathon. We were able to stay at the Omni for 7 nights and it was heaven! The staff greeted us so warmly everyday. We went swimming at the pool/hottub every night. While we were there our daughter turned 5 and the housekeeping wrote a ...
Great hotel at great price... would definitely come back
When checking in with small talk with the front desk I told them I got married yesterday and they were kind enough to send strawberries and champagne to the room. We weren't expecting it but it made our mini honeymoon that much better
Located a block off Michigan Avenue in Chicago's Miracle Mile, this hotel does not disappoint. We enjoyed a very nice corner suite that was comfortable, very clean and well-appointed. The living room area is compact but very nicely furnished and makes good use of the space. The bed was comfortable, ...
