“La ubicación creo es lo que ma vale la pena. Me quede en una Suite Confort, balcón, vistas a la piscina, segun la descripción. menciona que tiene una cama matrimonial, en esta ocasión, no se si asi sea siempre, tenia dos... tiene un balcon que da a una calle, no a la alberca, lo cual no esta tan mal, no es a la piscina pero incluso creo es mejor que de a la calle se puede llegar a ver un poquito el mar si te asomas si mal no recuerdo... Al llegar me tope con que solo habia una almohada sin...

“Mal servicio. Al llegar la primera noche nos enviaron a otro hotel porque no tenían nuestra reservación. No tuvimos televisión por dos días porque la cuenta no se había pagado. Cada vez que pedíamos algo el recepcionista nos decía que teníamos que ir a otro hotel para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos porque nosotros habíamos hecho la reservación con el Encanto y ellos eran de El faro. Nos sentimos abandonados a nuestra suerte todo el tiempo que estuvimos, yo no lo recomiendo.”

"Recibimos un trato degradante y ofensivo por parte del Gerente De premium. Había un pequeño error en la reservación con Expedia que pronto nos resolvieron ustedes, pero no nos dio opción de hacerlo. Nos corrieron literal del hotel y una vez que Expedia modificó la reserva regresamos y todavía se negaba a darnos la habitación, diciendo que no les había llegado un correo pésimo Servicio por parte de la gerencia en especial para los clientes de Expedia. Gracias por su atención. "
