“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……

“My partner and I stayed for 2 nights during our vacation to Mexico. The property is a short walk (~15 mins) away from 5th Avenue, which is perfect to avoid hearing the noise at night. The overall value good - the room was adequate and clean, front desk was kind and helpful, and breakfast (pastry, fruit, coffee) was delicious. There is also a gym that looked well-fitted (we didn't use) and some other amenities we didn't get a chance to try. Overall, would stay here again.”

“The hotel is located in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The staff is courteous and helpful with recommendations. The rooms are immaculate. Only a few issues but nothing huge. The gym is located in another one of their locations which is not that far of a a walk, the fridge in the room didn’t work but they quickly replaced it and the power went out for a few mins which knocked out their WIFI for two days. The pool are and restaurant was great and the staff were all friendly. I……
