“Beautiful ”

“found the door locks a challenge. Could have used a dish drying rack. TV channel selection was excellent..! When you first arrive, it is a little hard to find the front desk reception. Staff was excellent in responding to questions, as well as friendly. Great location, sound-proof, but close to 5th Ave. Very clean and well maintained. Good value. ”

“The best staff and stay ”

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. Hotel is very dark in the hallways and staircase, my husband missed a step twice and when catching himself on the popcorn walls he scrapped his hands and had bad skin peeling and was bleeding so bad we had to buy bandages.out of two elevators, one was out of service and the other made a terrible noise . Room had no hand towels, staff mentioned they didn’t have any due to an administration change. Breakfast was in a different hotel and out of three days, two……

“Nice clean property with comfy beds, got kept up until the early hours even with ear plugs in though due to nearby noise. We live above 2 train lines at home so I’m used to noise! ”

“We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws.”
