"We have a great night staying at this Hyatt. The location was prime, the staff was nice. The restaurant/bar at the lobby is huge and the open space make it inviting.
The room had an extra seating space that made it very comfortable."

We have been staying at the Drake Oakbrook for a couple of years now. We really enjoy this hotel for location, service and atmosphere. We love the renovations. We had trouble with cell phone service this last time. The desk clerk did help us with some troubleshooting tips but when still no luck I basically had to insist upon a new room . We will be back. I do feel since the hotel is aware of this issue being up front with people is a must. No service not an option for me.

Little disappointed the coffeeshop sandwiches weren’t available this trip. But coffee was good at the new coffee bar. Also a little disappointed you started charging for parking. Complimentary parking was a big draw for me.
Brisa is always so accommodating.

This was our first stay at this property. It's very easy to find, just off 88; plenty of parking in a well lit, safe area. There is a Cracker Barrel next door which came in handy. The hotel is just off 59 where there are plenty of shopping (Target, Meijer), dining options (both quick service and dine-in) and gas stations. It's a quick drive to downtown Naperville, the NW suburbs and downtown. A light traffic day had us downtown in less than 30 minutes.

Booked my room for a weekend track meet at a very good rate through Expedia. When we arrived the staff asked why we were in town. Explaining my daughters meet, the ladies were very excited to talk with her and ask her to come back the next day and tell them how she did. The next day we showed up in the lobby with the good news. The lady working was thrilled and even bought my daughter a bag of chips. They COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!
Room and the overall hotel was about as clean as you can ask...
