“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

This location is also about a ten minute walk on the beach to the world class Tulum ruins.”

“I loved the hotel and service they provided. Although from the moment I checked in - I was told I would be in a different room which sort of upset me - they offered us a welcome mimosa and then told me we would be in a different room which made me happier and they told us we would be moved to the original room by day 2 of our stay. On day 3, we were moved to another room which was honestly better because the AC in the 2nd room did not work as well. They use WhatsApp to communicate and meet your……
