“La decoración preciosa, todo el personal muy amable. Todo nuevo y limpio. La habitación muy espaciosa, hasta con sala de estar y TV con pantalla enorme. La cercanía con el aeropuerto muy conveniente, además te llevan en un carrito de golf del hotel al aeropuerto. La alberca muy limpia y agradable, desde el roof hay muy bonita vista a la selva.”

“This place is a hidden gem. I booked three rooms: one regular room with 2 queens, one room with private pool, and one with a private hot tub. That were all fantastic, the staff were so cheerful and helpful, and the property is intimate and breathtakingly beautiful.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

Mario was very friendly, pleasant, and extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would give them 20 stars!!! This location is also about a ten minute walk on the beach to the world class Tulum ruins.”

“la fotos no dicen la verdad de como se ve el lugar en la actualidad , a la vez tampoco indican que la playa esta totalmente inutilizable por el sargazo que cubre toda la playa inclusive . Nosotros salimos del lugar el mismo dia que llegamos totalmente fustrados por lo que vimos y no quisieron reintregrarnos nada a pesar de las pesimas condiciones del lugar.”
