Worst hotel ever

I would never go there again the place was horrible no one wanted to take care of the major problems there had a major water leak in the room didn't get it fixed they like that my whole three nights

Beds are hard, no hot water. Not a good experience will never stay there again.

Comfy beds....horrible attitudes of staff

I got so much attitude when checking in....all i could do was laugh. It was crazy. Bed was comfy and soft. You get what you pay for.....next time going somewhere else

No cleaning person and mold

No one made the beds, replaced towels, left more coffee or toilet paper we had to go to the front desk for more. Had to ask for more towels and was informed we would have to pay for extra towels. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush properly, the seat was about to fall off and the sink leaked.

Stay here only if you are in a bind.

Pros: Fenced area for my dog to run and poop.
Cons: Quality of other residents. Not really a "family friendly" hotel, no pool.
Location: I wouldn't go walking at night, but there are several places to eat and shop (McDonalds, Target, etc) within driving distance.
Well, this is not the best motel on this strip in Albany, but it's probably not the worst. Problem is, I couldn't tell you how better the others near by (and there are several) are. Good thing is I could bring my dog. Bad thing, kinda sketchy. Seemed like people were living there and some played loud music. I recommend spending the extra $5 or $10 for the nicer hotels close by. Staff were straight "blah" but that may be because they've seen it all. And I do mean all.

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Facility needs to update furnishings - bed, bathroom updating like a vanity.
This location was convenient for a quick one night stay but needs updating of facilities.

the room was not clean bathroom not function tv not working refrigerator not working we have to switch room again with no refrigerator no microwave,after complaint I was told they were too busy because of graduation weekend, which is not a valuable response

BEWARE

This place was one of the most horrible places ever. The manager was very combative even though most of the staff were very understanding. The rooms were dirty, the doors don't lock and the heat hardy worked. The water pressure was very low (if at all) and my stay was just horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Economical choice

I got exactly what I expected for the price I paid. It had a bed, four walls, it was clean, and I felt safe. They were out of shampoo though, that was a little off putting.
