Great Staff

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Clean Shuttle Service Air Conditioning
The staff here was great - from the front desk, to the bar, to housekeeping. It is very dated, but serves it's purpose AND was really clean. I don't know that I would stay several nights in a row there due to noise, but it was a great place for us to stay between returning a rental car and catching the train. They offer a shuttle to/from the airport and train station - the shuttle driver was really nice.

Nice quiet location

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: I liked the view from my window. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: Need to have 2 working elevators.
Location: The hotel is not downtown but it is walkable to get there.
The Inlet is in a quiet neighborhood. I had to do some walking to get to my breakfast reservation. But the fresh air was good for me.

Arrived late and no booking could be found. Expedia notified and luckily we were able to get last room available. Could have been disasterous as did not know where to go if room not available

Disappointing hotel

Posted Jun 13, 2015
Location: If you are up to walking, lots of restaurants. Otherwise requires a cab ride.
the only staff member who was actually helpful was the desk person on at 3am. Others acted as though we were a bother. Room was adequate, old model tv with a small screen.

Everything great except for very thin bed pillows.

I am not picky person, but this hotel is a step down from Motel 6; the rooms are in desperate need of upgrades. The bed and pillows are atrocious. However, the location is great, and they have a refrigerator and microwave.

Called a "deluxe" suite.

Posted May 29, 2015
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Room and general hotel appearance upgrade, better more professional front desk staff.
Location: Said in downtown area. It was blocks away from the main downtown and nothing nearby that we saw. No restaurants...nothing.
Not 'deluxe' at all. Old, unwelcoming carpet...mismatched furniture, sheets that didn't look fresh and a crumb of something inside bed upon opening....just awful. Carpets not cleanly vacuumed... Bathtub chrome so grimey looking would never use. And to top it off, when Expedia called and refunded us 2nd nites charge, the cheeky young girl at reception did not put call thru for our taxi. When cab came he said had gotten call 3 minutes beforehand, we'd waited almost half an hour in the cold. Unprofessional staff, misrepresented accommodation.
