Good hotel at a great price

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Cons: The common areas could be updated.
Location: Jakers was great place for supper. We also enjoyed the Electric City Water Park (at a cost) and Valley View mini golf.
We stayed at the Townhouse Inn for 4 nights. The common areas are a little worse for wear, but the guest rooms are nice. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of pillows, clean. We used the pool and hot tub every day and took advantage of the generous breakfast. (it included fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, pastries, waffles, biscuits & gravy, eggs and breakfast meat). Overall we had a nice stay at a low price.

friendly front desk staff

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Reasonable, clean. Really nice complimentary hot breakfast.
Location: Centrally located to shopping, eateries & touristy things
When we checked in the front desk gal was great at suggesting things we should go to see while there. It was great to have someone enthusiastic and friendly as the first person we encountered.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Posted Aug 25, 2014
The front desk staff were very cheerful and accommodating. The pool is centrally located, and they also have foosball, air hockey for free to play, and other pay as you go type games. The free breakfast was spectacular for the price you're paying for the room. We had eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy and grits, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast, bagels, and more. TV worked well. Room was clean. Easy to get in and out, no hassles whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend for families. There are even coaches and other lounge chairs outside the pool area so you can be near your kids, see them, hear them, and not be getting wet right beside the pool. Great place for a group of people to hang out.

Quiet and restful room!

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The hotel had a great complimentary breakfast with friendly staff that greeted you each morning! WiFi connection was great!
Cons: Housekeeping to replenish all supplies and towels in the rooms when doing a daily clean. Please vacuum the carpet in rooms!
Location: Good location accessible to shopping mall. Enjoyed the best cheeseburger ever with at JB's Restaurant!
Check in was handled very efficiently. Staff provided me with the parcel that was shipped to me immediately upon my arrival. I did not have to ask for it! Helpful with parking and handicap accessibility. Room was on the back side and was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable with good mattress and pillows! Staff was accommodating and provided a bath chair for me. Housekeeping had not replenished personal toiletries and towels, but did so promptly when informed of the need. Found the threshold going into the bathroom somewhat unsafe being on crutches. Carpets were not vacuumed well.

Nice hotel but room was not ready until 5 PM

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: It was close to a shopping and close to a good restaurant. It was clean and the room was very pleasant. We had a microwave and a small fridge.
Location: Location was near several tourist attractions.
Staff were helpful. My husband has arthritis and there was more walking than we anticipated. From the front desk to our room was not a direct route and we had to backtrack( down one hall and then back up another). There was no restaurant but we were provided with the best free breakfast that we have encountered for a long time.

Nice Hotel

Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Almost everything
Cons: Real Bacon for breakfast. In typical motel fashion, layout for watching TV, working on computer, etc. is not user friendly.
Nice place to stay. Plenty of parking and clean both inside and out.

It was okay, too loud, especially around the pool area.

Family Friendly Find

Posted Aug 11, 2014
Pros: Accessibility and rates.
Cons: It really needs a restaurant, breakfast, lunch AND dinner!
Location: Easy access to the CR museum and the L&C interpretive center!
We needed a comfortable stay in Great Falls and found it at the Townhouse! A nice find and just off the interstate - and around shopping mall/stores for those "late in the trip" necessities. While it wasn't important to us, all the families seemed to enjoy the pool area (we were just at pool side, unecessary - but the ground floor was nice to have).
