Pros: Location was amazing.
Check in went pretty smoothed. What was kind of weird to me about this hotel our first night around 9am we heard someone trying to gain access to our room then we heard a card swipe, Lucky for me I had the lock on the door so they couldn't come inside. I brought it to front desk attention and was told that its normal for them to make sure if the room is occupied. Very weird Also the bed was not comfortable at all we stood on the 8th floor the only pleasant thing really about our room was the view facing the main street.

From the beginning to the end the service was outstanding. They picked us up from the airport and the driver had a sign with my name on it, it kind of makes you feel special. The front desk was very welcoming, so much attention. Breakfast buffet was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Overnights on the Way to GalapagosPosted Aug 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was conveniently located close to stores and sights. The beautiful river walk is in walking distance and an attraction to young and old. The amenities and decor of the rooms are pleasant. The corridors are rather small. Service was polite and pleasant. Breakfast was good as was dinner å la carte. We could not find inviting looking restaurants in the neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel located in downtown Guayaquil.Posted May 27, 2014
Pros: The service was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location right smack in downtown Guayaquil.
Cons: The prices for soft drinks was pretty steep at $1.50 each. Across the street it would cost $0.80 each.
Location: There are restaurants, drug stores, Wendys, Subway, clothing stores, textiles, electronics.
We had a fantastic stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bell boys went out of their way to help us in every need. They took us to the airport every time we had a flight and were waiting for us upon our return. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the menu changed every day. Each day a new dish from local cuisine was prepared We had a great time and I will recommend this hotel to everyone. .

Geat location and staff.Posted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed at the Hampton two nights prior to going to the Galapagos and found the experience very enjoyable. The hotel is close to all downtown locations. Room features and cleanliness were excellent. The included breakfast was excellent; the restaurant selection was good; and we had a tasty sushi dinner in the bar. The staff was extremely helpful; because this is a smaller hotel we felt that we were getting more personal attention. Our airline failed to deliver my wife's luggage; so we had to do some hurried shopping for clothes for our cruise. The hotel staff got us taxis and gave us advice as to where to shop which helped rescue our trip. I would definitely want to stay there again.

Buen Hotel en pleno centro.Posted May 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Estuvo bien, pero el centro no es lo mas lindo de Guayaquil. Si queres en el centro, es la mejor opcion. A la vuelta restaurant la tasca de Jose, mejor que en Espana.
