This is a great place. The room was clean and comfortable and charmingly furnished. The innkeepers were helpful and attentive to every request. The breakfast basket delivered to the room was great. It's an older property, certainly not an Embassy Suites, but that's part of the charm. We will definitely return!
“Nice, quaint and different.”
The hotel was what we were needing. Not on the pricey side. Our family of six fit well in the room. We had great service. Nice people at the desk. Kids loved the breakfast basket they brought to the room. If we vacation in Hot Springs this is where we will stay!!!
“I liked the B Inn”
It was a great little place to stay to see Hot Springs. Easy walk to town. Nice amenities in the room. Very inexpensive for the service and accommodations. A pleasantly different experience than a big hotel.
“Loved the stay!”
We were expecting to stay in the 'house'. However, the room we booked was quite nice. I fell in love with the quilt and told my partner that I wanted to take it home. She wanted to take the dog - Toby - home. As I'm sure a lot of guests will. We were expecting to have to share a bathroom with other guests and were happy that we had one of our own. A bit small but it worked just fine. We were within an hour of several crystal mines. The breakfast was a surprise. Everything from a fresh donut to yogurt, three kinds of juice, fresh fruit and string cheese. LOVED THE STAY!!!

“Unexpected & cute!”
We were looking for something different and to have an experience and this was perfect for us because we didn't have a lot to spend! This had the uniqueness of a B&B but without the feeling that you are staying at grandma's house and going to eat a half pound of animal fat with her breakfast in the morning! The large house was under construction but they offer tours of it for anyone interested in history. They offer a trip to an amazing clean lake...take it!! We did and got to see/learn a lot. Bring your suit because you wont believe how clean and warm the water is. The entertainment included is priceless. Do not expect luxury, expect character and to fall in love with the resident dog! (I would have taken him back to Michigan but he seemed very happy where he was and I don't think he would have gotten into our car.) If you're a fan of literature/books you might not leave your room... Little details made the room comfortable and our short stay was fun.
“Quaint, fun and friendly!”
If you want 5 star service, this will not be for you. This is the neighborhood Inn, great location, comfortable bed and the staff will do anything for you, but it is old and does not have the comforts of home. If you are a people person and want a first hand look at the city, history and people, stay here. I had a great time, and as a single female traveling alone I felt totally safe here. And they served the BEST breakfast basket I have ever had......enough for three days!
“It grew on us”
If your use to an elegant and luxurious place, then this is not the place for you. But, if your ok with a quaint atmosphere then this is the place for you...the road signs are confusing as hell in Hot Springs and the "B" Inn is a little hard to find, but it really is a charming spot to spend your visit.
“Definitely an unexpectedly awesome find!”
Very cute little "bed and breakfast" type hotel, every room is themed based on the hundreds of books on the shelves in each particular room. The first room we had was the "National Geographic Room," with a vast selection of past issues of the magazine. The manager led us into the room and personally checked to make sure the a/c was working properly- which I am partially glad that it wasn't and we had to be taken into another room, because I would have spent the entire 3 days glued to all of the awesome Nat'l Geographic mags! He then led us into the "World Religions Room," which contained an assortment of books on religions from Christianity to Buddhism, books on religious figures such as Mahatma Gandhi, and studies on human spirituality and the like. Too cool! The hotel is positioned right at the end of the Bath House Row- just about a half block walk to all of the shops/restaurants/etc., and right next door to a restaurant with a menu full of amazing dishes and a very impressive wine list at extremely reasonable prices- we tried the "Fried Brie" appetizer, came with candied walnuts, sundried tomatoes and pesto- Delish! The absolute BEST part about this hotel is that every morning one of the owners goes around to every room to hand-deliver a basket full of danishes, yogurt, fruit, and juices for breakfast, as well as additional items like granola bars and cheeses that you can take with you for your day's travels. This hotel is very unique- stay here is you are adventurous!
