Expedia failed to mention my room had a detached bathroom that was down stairs from my bathroom. It was pretty inconvienient having it downstairs and sharing it with other people.

Very nice bed and breakfast type of hotelPosted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: Wonderful breakfast!
Cons: TV and wifi reception
Staff very helpful, room very nice, note that this is a bed and breakfast type of hotel, not your typical hotel belonging to a national chain.

Wonderful place to relaxPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: The generous dimensions to everything in the building: the height of the ceilings, the size of the bathtub, the softness of the curtains
Location: The hotel has all the requisite spa services, including European cosmetics and old world facials. Well worth the price! ( A welcoming, place in Indy)
The room was more tastefully decorated and more comfortable than anything I ever expected in a hotel: huge, but very cozy living room, great bed, spacious, light, shiny clean bathroom with a jacuzzi - what more can a person want for a few days' getaway? Breakfast was not only tasty and nutritious, our host was more than gracious every morning, and we had a great start to every day.

Great alternative to chain hotelsPosted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The Villa is located very close to the highway, so navigation is easy. For being situated near the downtown area, the hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. Mass Ave dining/entertainment is just minutes away. This is a great spot to relax.

Beautiful! Staff was very friendly. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. We didn't get to use the spa services but would love to next visit. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn't serving dinner but we did arrive on a Monday. We will definetly be back.

Not enough time to fully enjoy!Posted May 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
We really enjoyed The Villa Inn Restaurant and Spa. We were picking up my son at college in the city and needed an overnight room. Easy to find, even in the pouring rain at night. Stanza 1 was nice big room, with a big bathroom and big tub! Big king size bed, firm but not too hard with plenty of blankets and coverings. Nice LED TV with a lot of channels to choose from. The room had a very quaint Italian feel, beautifully decorated and furnished. There are robes available for use during your stay as well as plenty of snacks and drinks in the hall right outside. The only negative about the room was the strong potpourri smell, but I found a plug-in and removed it. Much better afterward! Breakfast was continental on steroids. The blueberry muffins were very large (if you're from the East Coast they are very similar to Dunkin Donuts) and were blueberry-ey. Very tasty. The tea was excellent as was the cold cereal. The only negative on breakfast was that there were no hot servings. Overall it was an excellent stay. In minimal encounters with staff, they were very pleasant and attentive. In the light of day, the neighborhood and surrounding businesses/houses were beautiful; turn of the century manors. I would highly recommend it and will come back. Price for a hotels.com deal was about comparable to a Hyatt or Crowne Plaza single room . Well worth it.

Would Stay Again!Posted May 6, 2013
Pros: Ambiance, accommodations, staff, privacy
Cons: Wouldn't change a thing
Location: Just a few miles away from city center
Little hidden gem not far from city center. Thank you Expedia (and the fireman's convention) for finding me this B&B. unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of the spa facilities however the accommodations and facilities were top notch. I have stayed in many B&Bs over the years, and the Villa Inn & Restaurant & Spa was clean, comfortable, private, with large rooms, private bathrooms and a great chef and breakfast. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. They even offer snacks and beverages to us late nighters!
