Family Vacation at Las Casital Village, Fajardo,PR

Posted Jul 27, 2015
We spent the entire week at Las Casitas. Our room was always clean and the view from our balcony was amazing! There are a lot of things to do in Fajardo, most of which are offered by the main hotel, El Conquistador. If you are planning a trip to Puerto Rico, stay at Las Casitas and you will not be disappointed. You get a personal butler during your stay, your room will alway be clean, bottled water, coffee, wifi, shuttle service, parking (for 1 car) and the water taxi to your private beach are all complementary. While in Fajardo, you should visit Flamenco beach in Culebra, Bioluminescent bay (look for the electric boat tour and not the kayak tour, trust me on this) and if you want authentic Puertorican food, go to Loquillo kioskos (try mofongo, bacalaitos, churrasco, bistec, lechon, pasteles and if you're feeling adventurous, try pulpo (octupus) and morcilla (spanish blood sausage) and yes, tried them all!) We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Las Casitas.

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Pros: Everything.
Cons: They could have a Dunkin Doughnuts instead of Starbucks. : )
Location: There are many thing to do close to the hotel including the Bio Bay kayak tours which are only 10 mins. away. These are really cool and are a must see
We have been to several destinations in the Caribbean, and this has been the best experience so far. The hotel location was terrific with unbelievable views in every direction. The hotel staff was the best of anywhere we have been. The lobby of the main hotel is spectacular. The grounds are well kept, as were the pools and spas, always plenty of clean towels. The private island were the beach is also well kept with plenty of chairs and towels, and we never had a hard time finding chairs in the shade. If staying here you should be very happy with this choice, however some people are never happy and always find something to complain about. We would most certainly stay here again.

Pros: Location, amenities, onsite tennis and golf, private island/beach, beautiful swimming pools.
Location: Rainforest is nearby with zip lining, rappelling, hiking. Scuba, sailing, kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, jet skis. almost anything you could want
We've stayed here 3 times which I think says a lot. The resort grounds are beautiful. There is essentially every amenity you may want. The staff are very attentive. The rooms are very comfortable.

Hotel was spacious

Posted Jul 9, 2015
Hotel was spacious and palomino island was beautiful. The daily Room rate was u expected and ridiculously high. No shopping or anything to do outside of complex and surrounding area is very poverty striken. Very far from San juan. We will not return to this area.

Nice place to take a vacation.

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: The restaraunts were good and provided large portions. The island excursion on the ferry to beach was also nice.
Cons: The cost of access to other facilities like the water park was not included in the resort fee, which would have been nice.
Location: There was excellent local restaraunts and we also did the kayak trip to the bio lagoon.
Overall the facility was good, we stayed at the village, and the staff was always friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the facility the pools were nice and golf course was tough but enjoyable.
