“My stay at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana was mixed, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by the worst hotel check-in experience I have ever had. The arrival process was chaotic. I had to wait in three different lines, each lasting over 30 minutes. The lobby was overcrowded, poorly organized, extremely hot, and had little to no ventilation. Even after all that, my room was not ready until almost an hour after the official check-in time. The front desk staff showed little urgency or empathy and did……

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Amazing experience. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. There were also a lot of activities on site that can fill up your day that is included in the price. Took a challenging spin class, aquacize and had fun at the foam party. I went solo and had a blast. 10/10 experience.”
