“Expectation and reality did not match. For the price we paid, we expected a true 5-star experience, but this resort fell short in many ways. The hotel is new and clean, but that alone isn’t enough. The biggest disappointment was the food. The buffet and à la carte restaurants lacked variety, and many dishes were bland, overcooked, or rubbery.
