“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Beautiful location, the beach huts were lovely. Overall a wonderful stay.
Occasionally felt the staff were quite judgemental about how limited our Spanish is.
Drinks and food are very expensive. Worth heading to other locations for drinks and diner.”
