Disliked: Very noisey people in other condo's, lack of securities assist with addressing noise thru nite, 1st & 2nd "NO" sleep. had a scarry confrontation with noisey people(felt I was in danger)(loud pushy drunk, wouldn't reduce noise, moved into the halls and continued) no help at all from front desk. Asked to discuss with management and they became very upset with us."

"I loved the location and the two restaurants right behind the condo, very convenient. Also a couple of convienient stores on the block. I didn’t like that there was very little beach and no chairs. We walked about 5 mins down to the main beach which was much bigger. The condo did have beach towels which was a nice touch. Maybe just a few beach chairs for an added touch. "

"Cuál alberca , estaba en construcción , nos mandaron a una del club Coyote que se está desaciendo de los azulejos, la entrada a la playa está lejísimos y tienes que consumir a un precio muy elevado para usar el espacio. La verdad es muy incómodo dentro de comodo que parece. No hay restaurantes cerca está muy aislado y los guardias de la entrada principal del complejo son prepotentes y groseros "

"We recently stayed at Xcaret and had a very mixed experience. The parks themselves are incredible. There is so much to do, and the natural setting makes everything feel unique and immersive. It’s truly an adventure-focused trip, and that part absolutely delivered. That said, there were a few consistent challenges. The food overall was underwhelming, especially considering the price point. Las Cuevas was a standout and one of the best meals we had, but it was difficult to get reservations. We ended up waiting in line, which worked, but it’s not ideal when you’re planning your days around experiences. Navigation throughout the parks could also be improved. There weren’t many clear signs, and it was easy to feel unsure of where to go next or worry that you were missing something. In addition, while the staff was kind, there is definitely a language gap at times, which made communication less seamless than expected. Another downside is that not everything is truly all-inclusive. Some parks and food options are included, but not all, which can be a bit disappointing given the overall cost. Overall, it was a really fun and memorable trip, especially for the experiences and activities. However, for us, it feels like a one-time destination rather than somewhere we would return to."

"Large clean resort. The beach water wasn’t all that clear to swim in. Good food and drink were decent but was hoping for more authentic non sugar based drinks. All drinks served in plastic cups. Restaurants missed creating an intimate feeling as they aren’t decorated much. I’d like to visit a resort that is smaller next time with more ambience. Beach restaurant was being updated and we had no notice ahead of our trip. Very safe and well maintained with proper staff that ensured top safety. "
