"My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "

"I did not like the hard sale for an upgrade on room which did not enhance my experience other than the butler. Room had issues with toilet area commode seat broken. Would not do the upgrade again!!"

"This property is large and lovely with great dining options and evening entertainment. We went two times - 5yrs apart. We definitely noticed a decline in the condition of the property. And I wish there were more activities to choose from during the day."

"The property was clean except for pond view, staff was attentive The food was okay. I did not like that the adult only side shut everything down early. The pool bar closed hours before the pool. This is not the resort if you want the party scene they have a club but not sure if was the location or because everything was closed it never had a crowd."

There is a lot of growth and construction in Punta Cana overall but that takes place during the day when you're likely to be at the beach. The evenings are very nice and quiet.
