“Another great visit to HBR. The staff was once again great. There weren’t as many people in both HBR and the larger neighboring properties, but there still was a nice amount of activities and entertainment, and the people (some usuals, some new folks) were lovely and good fun. The spa staff was once again great on HBR’s Sunday afternoon spa takeover which was fun as usual. The food was good, and the restaurants on the larger property once again offered nice choices. They also had a new wine……

“We recently stayed at the Family Selection at Grand Palladium and had a mixed experience. While the property is beautiful, several areas need improvement, especially considering the price. One major disappointment was the beach, where a staff member told us the resort chose not to pay for cleanup, making it unusable during our stay. The resort is just over an hour from Cancun Airport, and round-trip transportation cost us over $200 USD, so plan accordingly. The grounds are lush, well……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……
