“This was an absolutely wonderful resort and from beginning to end our experience was amazing! The room, the view, the pools, the beach, just everything was gorgeous. There’s 4 restaurants that are reservation only, there’s a buffet, and two pool bars. The food on the menu, or at least what we tried, were not bad at all. “Very pleased with the resort. We did the included catamaran, cenote, and the shopping excursion. The food, staff and such at the resort was fantastic. Room stayed cold and room service was prompt and fresh. Where things went wrong: this hotel partners with Lomas Travel for the excursions. The conglomerate that owns the business owns Lomas travel.
