Navigating the resort was easy as there were always carts available for guests to hop on. The butlers ensured they addressed every one of our needs. The rooms were thoroughly clean. “The hotel is very old and in between a renovation. My room was extremely dated, with worn furniture and dresser drawers that repeatedly became stuck. The shower was poorly designed and flooded the bathroom and hallway every time it was used. The sink, faucets, and drains were also outdated and did not function properly. Housekeeping service was disappointing and was only provided when specifically requested. Event planning and concierge services were equally poor. Upon arrival, no one explained……

“What an amazing resort! We had a swim out king in building 4 which was perfect distance from heavy traffic paths to give us privacy when using the semi private pool out the back patio. Close to the ocean without being the closest building which everyone can see into. I loved that you could order housekeeping in the app so we could leave in the morning and not be bothered by the time we wanted to go back to our room in the afternoon. They would have it cleaned within 2 hours of us making the……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……
