Don't be put off by the appearance of the lobby as the hotel is undergoing renovation. Our room was very nice with new carpet and renovated bathroom. Lovely new bed. Despite being on a busy street, the double glazing kept out the traffic noise.

Super close to the Wharf and Pier 39. There is also a Big Bus tour that picks up right at the hotel too, which we really enjoyed. All sorts of restaurants in the area. We parked the car for three days and didn't drive it once. It was the perfect location

I loved the decor and room size. The walls were very thin though so was hard to sleep with extra noises. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The showers could use more water pressure, which would use less water by making our showers shorter
