Perfect mountain bike pad

Posted Aug 25, 2017
Pros: Location
The location and amenities make Powderwood the perfect place to stay on your mountain bike vacation. The condos sit right on the bike path for easy access to Glenwild, Acrylon, Round Valley and Trailside Park. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops (and local bike shop Storm Cycles), but since the condos have a full kitchen, you might opt to just make dinner at home and spend the evening in the hot tub. Although it's so close to shopping, it's quiet. The facility also borders privately owned wild space, where you can watch the sunset and maybe glimpse an elk or turkey. The condos are spacious, homey, and well-stocked with everything you need for a weekend in the mountains.

Checking-in was confusing and very inconvenient. The room was outdated and like an old apartment from the 80's (actually the room is in an apartment complex). Bed was uncomfortable and had very cheap bedding. Bathtub looked dirty. Beer bottles and full ashtrays were outside on the small patio.

The off site check in is indicated on the main Expedia page for PowderWood. The property is individually owned condos and not a hotel so services are limited and the condos are priced accordingly. Please let us know of any housekeeping issues you have while you are in house and we will address them. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging

Good location and decent price but poor service

Posted Mar 8, 2017 on Hotels
Check in was horrible. We were not told the check in was off site. There was also no maid service (another surprise). We had to drive back to the check in place to get towels and shampoo. Also the dryer did not work.

Nice condo unit

Posted Feb 21, 2017
Condo unit was nice, and reasonably priced. Only negative was the distance to "downtown" Park City than I cared for (approx 5 miles). Washer leaked, but other than that, the accommodations were nice.

Thank you for your review. Crestview is outside of town in the Kimball Junction shopping area. While there are free buses into town we do recommend people staying with us have a vehicle to go into town or to the ski resort. Please let us know of any maintenance issues you have during your stay and we will be happy to address them. Thank you. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging

Decent condo in Kimball junction

Posted Feb 21, 2017
Cons: Better instructions about obtaining room key. Staff that is more knowledgeable about the area and how to give directions.
Have to get your key at a different location than the condo. The condo parking was tight (but it seems that way in all of park city). The room was decent but outdated. Minimal noise. The pool is closed in winter, but there is a hot tub that is in a different location than the pool.

Thank you for your detailed review. It is important for all guests to be aware of the off site check in location provided in the conformation letter. 1794 Olympic Parkway Suite 100. Crestview is an HOA and not a hotel so there is no front desk at the property. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging

Condo needs a facelift

Posted Dec 31, 2016
Spent 6 nights during recent ski trip. Condo is basic, bathtub was dirty upon arrival. Called maintenance about a water leak from washer, never came to check on it. When heat/HVAC unit is on it sounds like a train, hard to sleep through night with loud noise coming from HVAC unit. Pink bus line is 45-60 minutes to/from Deer Valley. Would have switched to another location but entire town was sold out.

I'm sorry to hear the condo did not meat your needs. We are outside of town so it is best to have a vehicle to travel to the resorts in town. I will address your reported issues with the staff. Brian Bell General Manager All Seasons Resort Lodging
