“The staff is very helpful and personable. However, the staff was inconsistent when we asked for towels. When we first arrived the TV wasn’t working but thankfully a staff member was able to fix it and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Other than those conflicts everything else was fine and we had a good experience 4.3/5”

“First of all the hotel is an hour away from the airport. I did pay for the private transportation and it was well worth it. The resort itself is truly beautiful. On the first, night my mini fridge wouldnt cool and the room ac was not working, I called down and someone came right up to check but they said it would kick on and it never did. They did move me to another room the next day but then I saw someone a couple of days later complaining about the AC in the original room. On the first night……

“The hotel is OK. It is not modernized as other hotels that I have stayed. The shpwers are actually dangerous, they have the door stopper right in the middle of the side of the tub. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is not great.”

“We had a great stay at the Blue Angel Dive resort. It was my 1st dive resort adventure as a new diver and they made me feel very comfortable and supported the whole time. It was wonderful having the restaurant on-site (with breakfast included -Bonus!). All the staff were great, especially Carlos & Rigel in the restaurant. Dive shop & boat folks were phenomenal! Dona Mary & Alfredo kept things on track & flowing. Ana took special care of me as I was a new diver & kinda freaked out at one point,……

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“This was a great location to walk to interesting restaurants in town and to be able to hop on the ferry to Playa del Carmen. The room were modern, clean and we had hot water all the time. The staff were always pleasant and willing to help. This is not the location for the white sand beaches but they are a taxi ride away.”
