“Esta lindo y limpio ”

“The beach was unusable and the food was very bland. Pina coladas were the only thing we can rate excellent. We have vacationed in Cancun many times and are well aware of the Seagassum issue, however every resort we have stayed in works to remove it daily and our stays have been fantastic. This resort just gave up. There was an excavator on the beach and the rotting seaweed smell hits you as soon as you get to the resort. This was the first time we brought our young kids and my youngest……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!”
