“We had such a wonderful time here. Great room service, stuff is always nice and friendly. Food is amazing. Be careful about dress code, bring some formal clothes, my husband didn’t bring any so we didn’t get to go to the French restaurant. I wish we knew this before we get to the resort. (Maybe the resort should have send us an email of reminders. ) Anyways , it was a very good experience stay at the resort.”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Great food and good services. Please make sure you are aware of the hours of each read they are not open all at the same time. Also, please follow instructions exactly as mentioned on the email for the pickup to get to the right place. The water park is awesome for the kidsz”

“The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!”
